Survey comments.. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Better employees,Clean the rink better, locker rooms are a little smelly , but look clean. spring league needs to focus on player communication Locker rooms are always filthy and facility in general is always pretty dirty. needs more organization and better communication; would be nice to have a larger seating area outside of the rink with a viewing area - maybe a screen to view the rink practices and games if it can't be physically accomplished because of space Staff needs to be more customer service oriented...at least try to care. teams need to be held responsible for locker room/ shower cleanup after use or staff needs to be more timely in clean up. good place to watch or participate in a game. Great rink Ice isn't as good as it can be considering the flyers play here you would think it would be a great surface. Dirty facility, like the rink having a good experience so far Staff is friendly and helpful. SZ Staff very accomodating with practice times. Offer discounts on tournaments,camps and clinics to travel club. Very knowledgble pro shop staff the front desk is very helpful and friendly The pro shop was very good, biggest selection in south jersey. Snack shop is pretty good.
